If change was easy you would have done it by now.
I help individuals, teams and organisations build change that's achievable and sustainable.
I help individuals, teams and organisations build change that's achievable and sustainable.

With over 20 years of experience in behaviour change, I have dedicated my life to helping those in need. My work includes engaging with individuals facing severe challenges, from addiction to mental health issues, I have worked at anti-terror level with nationally significant offenders and led organisations through transformational change whilst delivering multi million £ contracts.

From a childhood marked by domestic abuse, addiction and mental illness, I have transformed my life through perseverance and resilience. My personal battle with severe anxiety and depression fuels my passion to help others overcome their struggles.

I'm proud to share my experience with individuals, teams and organisation by giving talks around behaviour change, resilience, mental fitness and men's mental health, I'm also pleased to lead workshops for organisations exploring organisational change, behavioural change, decision making under pressure and overcoming adversity.
From expeditions on the Norwegian Fjords, to climbing Mount Snowdon to appearing on Channel 4's Hunted alongside my mate Ste. Challenging myself physically, mentally and emotionally has had a profound effect on me and my behaviour.
I help people change behaviour in a way that actually lasts.
Most people don't struggle because they don't know what to do. They struggle because self-doubt creeps in, internal negotiation starts, and the plan falls apart when life gets busy or uncomfortable.
That's the gap I work in.
I help people:
This isn't about pushing harder or being perfect.
It's about creating change that fits real life - and holds under pressure.
Because this work is grounded in both experience and practice.
I've spent years working in behaviour change across criminal justice, mental health and addictions - supporting people whose lives were shaped by trauma, pressure and long standing habits.
I've also lived this work personally.
I know what self-doubt feels like. I know how easy it is to get stuck in internal negotiation. And I know how frustrating it is when change looks good on paper but falls apart in real life.
What I offer isn't theory or hype. It's a calm, practical way of changing behaviour that's achievable and sustainable.
I won't judge you.
I won't rescue you.
And I won't push you beyond what is realistic.
But I will help you see what's getting in the way, and support you to build change you can actually stick to.
This work is for people who want change - but struggle to make it stick.
You don't need fixing, you don't need pushing. You need a clear, achievable way forward - and support to sustain it.
This probably isn't for you if:
That's not judgement - just clarity. This works best when there's honesty, ownership and willingness to engage.

You can expect a calm, honest approach to change. This isn't about pressure or being pushed. It's about understanding what gets in the way and working with it properly. You can expect:
There's no judgement here, and no quick fixes. Just consistent, practical work that helps you move forward and stay there.
The No Negotiation framework is a behaviour change model designed for real life — not just ideal conditions. It promotes clear decision making, firm plans and reducing that little voice inside your head saying:
"I’ll start again Monday"
"Just this once"
"I deserve a break"
Instead, it helps you:
This approach is not about forcing yourself to do more. It's about making life simpler, clearer, and easier to stick to.

If self-doubt and internal negotiation keep getting in the way, it might be time for a different approach - one that's achievable, sustainable, and built for real life.
